Pressure plates that are placed on top of fence posts show in your face when the player is standing to close.
Steps to reproduce
- Place down a fence post.
- Place down a pressure plate (affects all variants of pressure plates)
- Walk toward the pressure plate on top of the fence post.
- Observe that you see the object in your face.
If you remember the button texture issue showing in your face this does the same thing.

My bad. I just realized gatharian has already created a new issue MCPE-15962 for the pressure plate. Closing this as fixed.
I believe this is Working As Intended, as it is just showing the suffocation overlay when you glitch your head into a block, probably to prevent xray type exploits.
I reproduced using the pictured setup in creative:
The only time this would be a bug is when you approach the block and it shows the suffocation overlay, and this has been reported at MCPE-15962 and MCPE-14544.

Thanks for your report! This is however a Duplicate of MCPE-15962 – If you have not, please use the search function in the future, to see if your bug has already been submitted, as currently over 47% of tickets are being closed as duplicate.
Also, please check which version of the game you are using, as this issue was fixed in the 0.15.3 update.
Re-resolving as a duplicate of MCPE-15962.
Confirmed for 0.15.0 & 0.15.1. (Tested in Windows 10.)
