- Place the Carved Pumpkin.
- Pick up the Carved Pumpkin again.

For the related issue about carved pumpkins losing their enchantments, here is the link:
I think this is normal, since the same happens when you name a block. It may have to do with not being able to pick up nbt data from blocks
this is intended.
