Steps to Reproduce:
- Obtain a carved pumpkin
- Enchant the carved pumpkin with Curse of Binding/Vanishing
- Hold or wear the carved pumpkin
Observed Results:
The carved pumpkin does not display the enchantment glint.
Expected Results:
The carved pumpkin should display the enchantment glint.

That's because you normaly cant enchant that item.
I can confirm that this is intended as Java edition don’t have an enchantment glint for Mob skulls and pumpkin.
Also you can enchant pumpkin with curse enchants using an anvil.
You can, with Curse of Vanishing/Binding
Can confirm for 1.20.62
