This can be marked as Working as Intended now, since is Smooth Quartz Slab now.
Still affects 1.0.2
Affects 1.0.4.0.
Still affects 1.1.0.0 Sides of block are still missing the texture when stacked. I will be uploading a new photo to point this out.
hmm i guess its normal that way nevermind.
