MCPE-164906A camel controlled by a player cannot step up 1.5 block
Summary:
A camel with a player can`t step up 1.5 block (can only step up 1 block). Without a player, he can step up 1.5 blocks. This does not correspond to Java.
Steps to reproduce:
- Build an obstacle of 1.5 blocks.
- Summon a camel, put a saddle on him and sit on him.
- Try to drive it through the obstacle.
Observed results:
A camel controlled by the player cannot step up 1.5 blocks.
Expected results:
A camel controlled by the player can step up 1.5 blocks.

Similar to MC-256463 (as of fixed in 22w44a), MC-259271 & MCPE-164906. Seems that not Pathfind in any fences
