You can not shoot yourself with a bow and arrow or splash potions
To Replicate:
Shoot an arrow or throw a splash potion up in the air and try to hit yourself in survival. You will see that the arrow is no where to be seen and it applies no damage. The splash potion only falls beside the player instead of hitting the player like it used to.

I expected a splash potion or arrow to hit me if fired straight up.
What actually happens is it passes straight through without hitting you.
Steps to Reproduce (in creative):
Can confirm for IOS 1.0.0 while trying to do the punch 2 bow elytra infinite flight trick.
I can confirm this bug exists on mcpe version 1.0.1 on iPad Air 2 iOS 10.2

Mojang... I know you don't want us to use the punch II trick with the elytra, but you could let us do that till you add the fireworks boosting...
Or maybe you could just allow it when you're not using the elytra, because it would be very useful if I could hit myself with an arrow of healing whilst fighting the wither...
