Connectivity issue on certain ISPs

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to report an issue I have been experiencing with Minecraft Pocket Edition. Whenever I attempt to connect to servers within the game while using my Internet Service Provider's (Jio, in India) 5G network, the connection fails, and I receive a "Disconnected from the server" message.
Interestingly, this issue does not occur when I switch to Jio's 4G network; the game connects to the servers without any problems on 4G. The problem seems to be specific to the 5G network.
Here are some details that might be helpful:
- Device: Motorola G64 5g
- Operating System: Android 14
- Minecraft Pocket Edition Version: 1.21.1.03
- Internet Service Provider: Jio (India)
- Network Type with Issue: 5G
- Network Type without Issue: 4G

Does MCPE-183765 describe your issue?
Are you located in India? If so, does MCPE-183765 describe your issue? Are you using 5g?
While I'm certain that being in India isn't the cause of this, based on the fact you're using mobile data to connect, and the fact that MCPE-183765 describes users being unable to connect to external servers when using a specific ISP, it is plausible that for some reason, anyone who uses said ISP is unable to connect to any external server.
How and where are your friend's servers being hosted? Are you using Wi-Fi or LAN to connect with them?
Thank you for your response. It would probably be a good idea to resolve this as a duplicate of MCPE-183765 since the issue you describe here is effectively the same, just that the workarounds described there don't work for you.
You could share in the comment section of that report how, in your instance, switching between different network types doesn't appear to resolve the issue, and that it most likely has to do with the ISP and how they handle sending packets.

Answer is :- Yes, this problem occurs in both cellular and wifi data, no matter how good the network is. And the biggest thing is that there is a Jio network tower near my house.
And sorry for my late reply. Due to some of my issues, I could not reply.

Are you sure its not a network provider issue? Some people said that Jio 5G network doesn't support UDP protocol, which Minecraft uses to send packets from Sevrer to Client and vice-versa.
True5G is the network name on which we are unable to join game Serive Provider is Jio (Owned By Relience)
In my 5g phone I also have Jio, but I can't join even when I switch to 4g. I have to use VPN

After some research, I found that this issue is more likely affecting India country, we need use VPN to join any server but the thing is why? Is India restricted country or blocked minecraft? Answer is no then why we need VPN for it.
Mojang Please take a look at india region for Connecting to external server / realms.
Also unable to join Realms, this original clip long and to be fit in 10mb i've speed up this clip to 3.5X speed.
Minecraft should improve the connections between client and Server, so please do something about it i've paid for this game and now im free to play but after updates this issue is appearing and im really unable to join any multiplayer services just only in minecraft and not any other platforms/games, even minecraft Java has better connections with Servers.
I having the same issue but what makes it different is even i try to switch my network to 4G i still cant join any external servers it shows “Disconnected from server”
