My cell phone and an Alcatel A3 and I'm having an error that happens when I break a block under the rail it totally stays intact and does not break then disappears the details on the screen that has alpha build and FPS

This bug has been reported to our internal bug tracker for further testing and a fix. It is scheduled to be fixed in one of the future updates (no specific date can be provided).
Same problem here with the Minecraft: Windows 10 Edition.
