MCPE-25017Instamine Bug
Steps to reproduce:
1. Use touch controls (I'm on iOS)
2. Give yourself haste 2 and efficiency 5 pickaxe
3. Try to mine stone
4. The first block will instantly break, but you can't break any more blocks until you pick up your thumb and tap/hold again

The instamine bug is back. In survival I can break dirt almost instantly with an iron shovel. Also I can mine stone like crazy with an efficiency v diamond pickaxe

MCPE-19729?Not resolved. I've experienced this bug and so have others that I've heard from Reddit and Discord.
It is not MCPE 19729, it is completely different.
Steps to reproduce:

Updating with better description from comment above.
I just noticed this bug as well on iOS. Very frustrating since digging one block at a time is a very slow way to dig out a huge area. Pretty much unplayable at that point.
I am getting around this by blocking my Haste2 beacon currently. But then I switch to an E5 shovel, to deal with some gravel, and it is also having this issue, where it won't continuously dig. But, if you aim at a stone and have the shovel going into continuous dig mode, and move to gravel, then it will dig continuously.
