Slabs shadow glitch!
The cobblestone and wood slabs are bugged, they shadow are glitched, i tried to break, tried breaking the torch illumination around they and doesn't worked!

As I have reported in MCPE-30509, I encountered an error in the shadow of the Choir Flower, with the block shadows off!

Could not reproduce in 1.2.11.4 on Windows 10. It your screenshot it looks like it could be related to MCPE-30509, but that bug has been fixed on Windows 10 at least.

All slabs appear to be affected, but stairs do not. When Smooth Lighting is off, slab surfaces appear to be almost black, as in the original screenshots provided above. When it's on, they are darker than they should be but not so close to black
Apparently what's happening is that the empty half of the slab block space is being treated as if its block light value is zero or, equivalently, as if it is opaque. If the slab is placed flush against an opaque block, there will be no contribution of light from either above or below, so both top and bottom faces have block light 0. If smooth lighting is on, light from the sides raises the block light level somewhat.
im having this same issue
if i delete blocks under the slab it works fine aslong as the slab is on top half of full block
