MCPE-30718Unable to get Rainbow Collection achievement.
I gathered all 16 types of wool for the achievement "rainbow collection" and haven't received the achievement just wondering if it is a bug or a way I need to put them or what thanks for your time

However, this issue is Invalid.
Please put only one bug report in each ticket. It is very difficult to keep track of bugs when they are not in their own tickets. Each achievement / trophy has its own requirements and bugs are tracked separately.
However, please review the Bug Tracker Guidelines before creating new reports. Be sure to search for an existing issue as it is likely to have already been reported. In particular, inability to obtain Rainbow Collection is tracked as MCPE-30718.

For anyone who failed to achieve this, can you try shearing sheep of each color? Ideally, the achievement is granted when you have at any point had each of the 16 wool colors in your inventory, not necessarily at the same time. I wonder how the game "knows" you've achieved this, though.
