MCPE-35329Enderman will teleport in the daytime while on soul sand
You can see that the enderman teleports even when it is daytime and it is on the soul sand.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Set the time to day
- Place some soul sand
- Spawn an enderman on the soul sand
Observed Results:
The enderman can still teleport.
Expected Results:
The enderman should not teleport.

After a little looking I found this on the gamepedia article about Endermen: Endermen will not teleport in the daytime while on soul sand unless they are damaged. So did they teleport by themselves or did you attack them first?
