MCPE-40392Record discs can not be heard even though they are placed in a jukebox.
I put a disc in the jukebox, but I do not hear any sound, coming from the discs, even with high volumes.

P.S. You might have to turn up the volume or download the free music pack from the store. 
Did you already try to download the free music pack from the store? If not, try to install it. Please reply, if that did resolve your issue.
I think that they're talking about the default music discs. Have you tried putting the music volume up?
