I cannot apply the banner on the shield
I know, it's rather a bug, but normally the banner should connect with the shield. Unfortunately in beta 1.10.0.3 it is not possible to connect the banner with the shield

Not being able to put banners on shields is MCPE-41265, which has been marked as invalid, because it is not a valid parity issue. Please put only one bug each ticket.
