MCPE-44492[Fixed in 1.13] Endermen can't become invisible
Steps to reproduce:
- Spawn or find an Enderman;
- Throw a splash potion of invisibility at it.
Expected results:
The Enderman becomes invisible, with the exception of its eyes.
Observed results:
The Enderman gets the effect, has potion particles being shown but doesn't become invisible.

No, it isn't intended. It used to work correctly before.
MCPE-46219 Is related to this issue since it sounds similar to this.
Fixed in beta 1.13.0.9.
