Can you add a video or screenshot of the loading screen progress bar please? It can help in determining what the issue might be.

This seems to be reproducible on other Android devices as well, with the same crash happening at the same point - 4 loading screen ticks.
This may happen when newly installing the game or when switching user accounts:
The workaround is to keep attempting to launch - it should eventually load up with a 'Global Resources Reset' popup.
You can fix deleting XBLStorage in I:/games/com.mojang/XBLStorage and deleting. I am same from reload account, when opening the world instead saving the world.
Happens to me too in ios version. Bedrock. It happens only when i am offline though. It has been an annoying bug and i bought the app a few days ago.
