No, mojang can only save one/per world and cannot simultaneously or play world 1 user with some world on simultaneously, except move to another world or copy and change name and we only use one world.

You can fix stuck loading with increase permen space on arguments permsize=1024m.
this is not a bug, but its performance is heavy. try opening arguments and change it to -XX: MaxPermSize = 1024m, then try opening it again, if you can't, try changing the one before and changing the number to 2048m. if it can't, it needs to update java, or complain (if the method above doesn't work)
