Thank you for your report!
However, this issue is Invalid.
Please put only one bug report in each ticket. It is very difficult to keep track of bugs when they are not in their own tickets, and it is easier for you to make multiple tickets than for the mods to separate them.
You've also raised this report in the Bedrock Dedicated Server project rather than the Minecraft Bedrock project which is why the versions didn't show as expected. Please check the "Project" field when logging future reports.
Regarding the 2 issues you mentioned, your first issue has already been logged under MCPE-66638, please feel free to head there and upvote that issue.
The second issue you mentioned is caused by the change to mob spawning and despawning in 1.16. Mobs can no longer mass in unexplored caves taking up the mob cap which will cause them to show up more readily around the player. To provide feedback on the change please head to
(1.16.0.51) Spawning and despawning changes on the feedback site.

I’ve been working on a drowned + squid farm with a glass ceiling, and after 50 minutes afk I found 3 separate pairs of trader llamas on the glass, and only 1 trader.
With further testing of my farm I am finding 4-6 trader llamas after every hour, sometimes blocking baby drowned from pathing into turtle-egg-based traps and thereby hurting farm rates.
Checking with an NBT viewer reveals that trader llamas spawn with persistence. The fact that they spawn everywhere (on buttons, on glass, in water streams) and cannot despawn is very frustrating.
Update: I just found MCPE-66638 where traders llamas despawning according to the 1.16 despawn rules was reported as a bug. Evidently it was fixed by having them spawn with persistence. Obviously that fix exacerbates the problem reported on this ticket. It is a shame, because traders sometimes being found without llamas has no negative impact on gameplay that I can imagine (unless they are intended to be killed for leather and leads?), but trader llamas persisting without a trader takes up the mob cap and breaks builds like the one in my picture.

This problem is a direct result of the way MCPE-66638 was patched. That change made trader llamas spawn with persistence, so now they can hide forever in hidden places much like cave monsters used to do (MCPE-21856). Moreover, trader llama spawning is not limited by any population or density caps, so they can accumulate indefinitely, just like converted drowned used to do (MCPE-34032).
I have found that this bug occurs randomly. Sometimes the wandering trader may spawn with the llamas perfectly fine, however, other times, he may spawn completely alone
I have the same problem that traders only spawns whitout llamas
Fixed in Beta 1.16.0.57
