You have listed the RTX Beta as an affected verion but your platform is Playstation which doesn't have the BETA.
If you could please double check the details in the ticket and add screenshots that help describe your report it would be appreciated.

Sorry that was confusing, as I misremembered Playstation having Beta because they always said "consoles included". Turns out not for playstation.
