I know this has already been reported before although it was set as working as intended which shouldn't be the case because if this was a feature in an older version of the game and in JAVA then it should also be in the latest versions of bedrock edition.
MCPE-94867 This is the original report and they explained it and showed it here. So instead of making parity updates on features most players wont even notice, why not fix this feature in a future parity/hotfix update. Seriously it looks like there is just a .png file attached to the screen
Thank you for your report!
However, this issue is still a Duplicate of MCPE-94867.
Although the Java version does behave differently for this feature, we are only tracking parity issues that meet the following criteria on this bug tracker:
- The feature affected by the parity issue is present in both Bedrock Edition and Java Edition in the latest release or development version
- The feature behaves differently in one edition than in the other
- The parity issue was introduced in Buzzy Bees (Bedrock Edition 1.14 / Java Edition 1.15) or later and was not present before
Any parity issue that does not meet these criteria will not be tracked on the bug tracker and should instead be reported on the Feedback website. If you believe that the parity issue began after the Buzzy Bees update, please add supporting information for that to this report. (Please do not create a new report.)

Summary:
Items and hand move when you start/end running with RTX enabled when view bobbing is turned off. With RTX off, when view bobbing is turned off hands and items are always in the same place (and according to MCPE-94867, this is the intended behavior).
Steps to reproduce:
- Turn off view bobbing.
- Turn on RTX.
- Run (Ctrl+W or W twice).
Observed results:
The hand and item move.
Expected results:
With view bobbing turned off, the hand and item should not move.

This is intentional. View bobbing when off means your hands will not bob around nor your camera.
Really? In the Java Edition, when view bobbing is turned off, it sways. Personally it looks weird stuck in one place and before, it swayed
Relates to
, where your hand bobs despite if view bobbing is disabled.
MCPE-79380Oh. Now I understand the issue. I though it was the hand swaying when walking, sorry. Yeah, not intended that’s for sure.
Yeah that's what I meant
If I remember correctly, before this bug was a thing, only the item in your mainhand did that. Items in your offhand didn’t and when you mainhand was empty it didn’t do that either.
Thank you for your report!

Working as intended? I don't believe that one bit. If that was intended, do that on Java Edition
it shouldnt be closed for working as intended since its not the same as java edition. The slight sway of the hands gives it realism without having it to bob every time. Right now it looks like an image pasted in first person
@New Engine Bad I agree! Why hasnt anyone made a fix for this as View Bobbing is OFF? The only thing I can find which is this Java Hand and View Bobbing pack, but even then it still requires the option to be on and/or is bugged out.
For instance, when you hold an item, it still bobs normally, but whats even worse is that when "swimming" in a crawlspace or even in certain resource packs that change the animations, it bobs UP instead of DOWN
