City texture pack automatically replaced by PureBDcraft pack.
We have the City Texture pack set up on the realm, however when we join the realm and apply the pack the realm applies the "PureBDcraft 128x v1.7.0" pack even though we haven't bought it. It forces an overwrite of our resource pack and we cannot remove it.

Is this an issue in the latest version (1.16?).
