Cannot submit comment on Feedback site on mobile
In Safari on iPhone the character counter on the feedback site does not work when writing a comment. As a result the "Submit" button stays deactivated, meaning you can't post comments.

Does this issue occur on your phone data (not standard wifi network)?
Can you also see if this issue also occur on different browser or on incognito mode?
Can you also record a video of this issue?
This ticket will automatically reopen when you reply.
Also, switching to desktop mode on iOS / iPadOS does not workaround the issue either.

I can reproduce the bug in Safari on iPhone running iOS 18.0.1
Safari is tied to iOS and is thus identified by the iOS version.
This is also an issue on Ecosia 11.1.1, a Chromium-based web browser for Android.
Kindle Fire Max tablet. Fire OS 8.3.3.1.
Seen a duplicate post claiming issues on Chrome, Firefox, Zen browser, & Samsung phones.
Its been some months since this was first reported. Is there any update on when this will be fixed for mobile, because it has been fixed on PC?
