Windows 10 edition. when I want to open my realm it will say "building terrain" but not let me into the realm.

When I try to join my favorite realm it is stuck on" Joining Realm Building Terrain" screen I have tried to quiting minecraft and reloading and joining but that does not work my other account works on it and other people are in it as well
