Desert village Villagers who spawn inside of the buildings are spawning one block above the ground (or most likely just on the stairs) which results in their heads being stuck inside of the roof blocks.
They obviously can't move because of that.Very common issue that can be seen in almost every desert village.
EDIT:
The seed when there's a few villagers stuck like this is 55555555
Coordinates of the village and houses: -1247 68 2080 and -1239 68 2071 (villagers stuck in two nearby buildings)
There's two more on the other side of that village.

It seems to happen in some random places and it can be one chunk or the whole "line" like on the screenshot above.
Uploaded a screenshot of a golem who left a village. (Sorry for using a texturepack if that's an issue). I started playing and walling off a naturally generated village and noticed that the golems do not care about the village boundaries (as well as villagers).
I am guessing this should be re-opnened?
tested on version 1.14 Pre-Release 2
Added a video of this happening in version:
1.14 Pre-Release 2
Villagers ignoring campfires
This is a village I was in only once. I spawned next to it and left for a couple of days because I was not happy with that location. Return to it now and all these golems were already in here. Did not count how many but at least 20? The other village I live in has 3-4 of them which is an okay number I'd say because the village is huge.
Added screenshots for 1.14 Pre-Release 2

Very easy to find these, in almost every desert village.
Sorry about that. I should have put these when creating the report. Edited the post and added everything in there.
I am kinda new here so I don't understand the bot's reply. This is something I wanted to report as well. Also very often you can see one villager sleeping and another one standing next to the bed or even on top of it waiting for it to be free/trying to sleep in there as well.
E: Tested on all Pre-release versions, still happens in the 5th one.
I've been investigating some other issue with illager patrols not spawning in some cases and then these appeared. This is one of the silliest AIs I've ever seen:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z-VYG2Y3_wI
I speeded up the video in some places. Originally it took them around 6 minutes to finally do something and die.
I decided to add this to this post as I am pretty sure creating another one would be considered as a duplicate of this one. The AI seems to be bad in general.
Yes, I can confirm this. I thought this is some kind of weird feature. Been playing for a while and have 4 lamas already in my village.
The same happens with the iron golems. It happened to me twice already that one spawned inside of the house, started taking damage and then glitched out through the wall. Another one spawned somewhere in the cave under the village that is partially on the hill and died in there. I might have a video of the first one.
Would be nice to have it finally fixed, in 1.14.

This happens in 1.13 and all the recent snapshot versions. Tested again on 1.14 Pre-Release 5:
Still in 1.14 Pre-Release 5

I can confirm this. Wanted to report it as well. It not only the snow biom. I can upload a video if it's really needed.
It seems that wolfs have some kind of range of 10-15 blocks and player must be within it in order to be followed. Wolfs no longer teleport to players. Very similar to being followed by animals when baiting them with food. You go too far away, animals stop following. With wolfs they just stop and wait.
@Sonic I don't know about the dude who reported it but if so, then yes. This behavior is more common right now. Been playing today for some time and at some point one of my 4 villagers (who I have since 1.14 pre1) died and I was trying to figure out how. Next day I notice all of them going up the nearby hill and jumping down from it, mostly 3-4 blocks heights but still. They go on the roofs, hills and jump taking damage, repeating during the day and if "lucky" they just die.
This is something messed up in 1.14.1 Pre-1 because I did not see them doing it before (or at least not that often).
Oh one more thing worth to mention is slabs. They do that from 2 and half blocks high walls as well, probably thinking that it's just 2 blocks and is safe to go that way.
I wanted to report "illager patrols not spawning" because in two villages (different saves) I have not seen any for days. They came in day 5 if I well remember on one of the saves and that was it. No more of them since then.
If you guys have the issue where they spawn so often then it just tells me that patrol spawning is completely messed up.
Same issue here. Tested on 1.14.1 Pre-1 thought. Villagers can't find their beds (worked fine in 1.14 release and 1.14 pre-releases) but now the same villagers instead of sleeping they just go to the edge of the village or to some other random places.
Still in MC 1.14.1
Still in MC 1.14.2 Pre-2
Also, in Environment it says Ubuntu. Windows (10) should be added as well.
Still in 1.14.3 Pre-Release 2
Mojang, please. This really makes it impossible to do any cool rail systems and is in the game already for so long.
1.14.4 Pre-3 - still there.
