@Dreadful M yes, the test world will work with any entity. Iron golems wouldn’t fit well in the space though, so they might require resizing the contraption.
AlexanderJ. : I have resolved that ticket as a duplicate of MCPE-71243, which is (related to this ticket. There's a lot of overlap between those issues and the ones described in this ticket, and they probably have the same cause at a very deep level, but there may also be factors closer to how the game behaves on the user surface that account for their different manifestations, so we're tracking them as separate issues.
Dreadful M: This report covers sleeping villagers floating. They only move while some entity is touching their ghost on the bed. If you see one floating past you, chances are a cat is on its bed or, especially if you have the beds all lined up adjacent or separated by 1 block, another villager is stuck next to their bed trying to get to its own. Villagers behaving like statues is described already in the observations at the top. The invisible mobs hitting you is MCPE-71243. and the dark areas isn't related at all and shouldn't have been mentioned here, but it's covered in MCPE-69037 or one of the related tickets listed in it.

This is happening on REALMS for a straight track system about 20 rails long. It is located possibly at the limit of the chunk loading from the bed in my main base, affecting an outlying system of automatic farms. Someone said trying a loop track might help, but I read elsewhere that this does not work. I've lost 3 minecarts with hoppers.
Happening in realms. Four times now. Minecarts despawning. Moving a complicated multifarm setup is not an acceptable workaround.
Lost another minecart today accidentally built too close to the edge of the chunk. This is really disheartening.
Per https://minecraft.gamepedia.com/Minecart_with_Hopper ,"A minecart with hopper can travel more than 85 blocks without stopping (as opposed to a normal cart going less than 12 blocks) from a dead stop using a 2 powered track starter even with another cart in front of them." So I do not see how telling people to put up a wall every 16 steps is anything short of absurd. This is not a feature of the game, but clearly a bug.
Minecarts kept in chests and barrels are not despawning. Not much of a workaround, but at least it doesn’t cost any more iron.
could you put minecarts in the test world near borders? Also iron golems? They’re disappearing in our realm.
Brought two cats on leads through a portal. One cat made it through. The other cat sat in the portal (on the Nether side) staring at me. When I tried to interact with it (get it to stand), the game crashed. On logging back in, I found that about 5-10 minutes of work was undone (things like making sticks out of bamboo, making torches, sorting through chests, all were undone, like they never happened). This is on iOS PE.
Happened to me today. Left music in the jukebox a few days ago. Went to get it back and it is gone. I looked everywhere and mined the jukebox. Not sure it would matter, but the Jukebox is set near a chunk border. coordinates 169, 59, 1775. I had a bed right next to it on the 1776 square. I'm playing through iOS either ipad or iphone.
Experiencing same problem, BUT it may not only happening when bed is bumped. One villager just floated right past me in city square, not sure it was bumped at all. Also, lots of villagers sleep on ground and cannot be woken up or interacted with. Other villagers stand around like statues and cannot interact to trade and do not respond when being hit. Hostile mobs are hitting me even though I am standing multiple blocks away and not able to strike back. This is all new since 1.16.00. Also, lots of "dark" blocks/areas, which are well lit, right next to a torch, but appear pitch black.
