If you put some animals (Cows and Sheep should work) in to a leach, and tie them high enough that they barely are able to touch the floor, and put slime blocks under them, they can sometimes jump very high. Usually they would not be able to jump to height of the leach, but now they can jump even above it!
Possibly intentional. I apologize if this is a duplicate.
If you jump to edge of the slime block, and have forward momemtum (To the direction the edge is facing), you will not bounce off it, but usually just fall down of it. It is possible that this is caused by
MC-44357.If you jump to edge of the slime block, you will not bounce off it, and take fall damage.
If you jump to edge of the slime block, you will not bounce off it, and take fall damage. Seems like player has to have 50% of itself on the block to be able to bounce.
I believe it was mentioned, that fill cant fill entities, and since item frames are entities, it wont affect them.
In the Snapshot 14w02c, you can also recreate it by walking from the edge of the slime block to the area where you can bounce on it, if you jump to the edge.
Green snake: You can stop updating this ticket, since it was resolved as duplicate of MC-1133 quite a long time ago.

Okay, thanks for the information!
Nothing.
I can confirm it happens with horses as well.
This is likely a server-side issue. But to be fair, since 1.7, most servers have been experiencing lot of lag, for no apparent reason, so it may be issue with software rather than hardware.
I believe this works as intended
Make sure to check your VSynch setting, it if it on, you will be limited to your monitors refresh rate (usually 60 fps)
Tokes: Ah I see, how did I not think of that?
Thought, I noticed that slime blocks have limit on how far they can bounce you; I tried on 2000 blocks, and 200 and gave me same result: ~ 100 blocks. Pretty unfortunate, isn't it? =)
You can pick up items in creative mode, even when inventory is full, I believe since 1.5, or even earlier (not sure thought), but never heard of them reappearing. Cool thing also, in creative mode you can pick up arrows that usually never despawn in 1.7 (Because of a bug)
Let me specify this; The mobs can sapwn on biome ID "MushroomIslandShore", but not in "MushRoomIsland". You can "fix" this by yourself by removing any block from "MushroomIslandShore" so they wont spawn, if it bothers while waiting.
It seems to me that the mobs have a lot smaller spawnrate so that may be intended feature, unfortunately.
I've looked into it, and it seems that Minecraft looks for the block you are closest to (I think in the coordinates in the location of the block), and uses it as base to see if you are on a slime block, and not if you are colliding with one. Same can be seen with falling particles. If you fall next to lava, just enough not to fall into it, you will see lava particles, not particles of the block you are on top of.
I also had a pet donkey (on snapshot 14w05b), and I left it to the nether while I was busy working couple of hundreds blocks away, and it despawned with a lot of items in it's backpack.
Sorry for lack of updates for this issue, I forgot to do so. However I just confirmed it happens in 1.8-pre1
Minecraft 1.8.9 and 15w51b confirmed
