I have found that this is a dupe of
MC-241823
Inthe Out of Memory screen, the word "level" is used instead of "world". This is inconsistent with the rest of the game's user interface, where "world" is used.When viewing the Out of Memory screen in English (US) locale, the word "level" is used instead of "world". Informational texts in Select World and Play Multiplayer screens do not have shadows

When the telemetry is unavailable, the client shows a tooltip that says "Telemetry is disabled." on the Telemetry Data button in the Options menu. However, if you change the client's locale, the tooltip text stays in the previous locale.
Reproduction Steps:
1. Launch Minecraft in offline mode (so that the telemetry feature is disabled)
2. Go to Options menu and check the tooltip text for Telemetry Data button(See: 1st attached image)
3. Change the client locale in the Language menu
4. Go back to Options menu and check the tooltip text again(See: 2nd attached image)
