MC-249973Loading resource packs is significantly slower in 1.19
In 1.19, it takes WAY longer to load 12 resource packs than in 1.18. If I unload some, it is faster but still a lot slower than 1.18. It took about 5 seconds to load resource packs in 1.18. It now takes close to 30 seconds in 1.19 to load the same resource packs. This results in the game taking longer to start when playing with resource packs. If I combine all the packs into 1 huge pack, it loads at the normal speed.

In the 1.19 snapshots, it takes WAY longer to load 12 resource packs than in 1.18. If I unload some, it is faster but still a lot slower than 1.18. It took about 5 seconds to load resource packs in 1.18. It now takes close to 30 seconds in the 1.19 snapshots to load the same resource packs.
