Still happening. /kill@e is not a viable solution for many many reasons.
Have the same problem with snapshot 19w05a. Full minecarts with a chest stop on rails while half full or less minecarts with a chest will keep going. The more items in a minecart the slower it goes.
The Bedrock staff clearly doesn't care about the problems we are having. Every response is always "Please don't report bugs on unreleased versions of the game". What's the point of a bug reporter for Beta versions if you don't want to hear about the bugs?
You have to stay in the area when your flying machines are running. When you leave the area with them running it always breaks them.
frank the frank [Mojang] Jeb (Jens Bergensten) himself resolved this as intentional, so it is intentional.

there ya go
I added the file, it says its too long to put here so i had to upload a text file. Which doesn't appear to show. But I tried. Surely others experience this as well.
Confirmed here as well. Mob heads do render when they are in item frames or dropped as an item. Same goes for beacon beams.
Came here to report the same issue. Glad I searched first.
This is a really annoying bug. I hope it's not a new feature.
This has been happening since the 1.9 snapshot at least. It even happens on occasion in the full releases of the updates, not just snapshots.
This happens to me as well. I'm playing in survival if that makes any difference. I wouldn't call it a little bug though. It's fairly bad. Glad I just backed up my save before I opened the new snapshot.
Could it just be that they don't spawn yet and they are holding off until full release to show that feature?
When placing a ladder and placing another one directly above or below it, all of the ladders break that are on the wall. There is a possibility that they are duplicating as well, but I switched into creative to check what was going on so that may have caused the duplication since I am unable to repeat the duping in survival.
Can confirm it is any block update as that is what initially caused my problem. Placing more ladders results in them just popping off.
"These changes which caused this bug to get fixed are changed so this 'feature' is no longer affected."
Want to clarify that a bit?
This has not been resolved.
Not resolved.
It is not resolved and I doubt this is intentional.
Still a major problem in pre-release 8. Constant lag spikes on basic redstone.
I am pressing right click. I'm not new to this. Been playing for many many years. I wasn't able to right click anything after trading with villagers. Not every time, but every third or fourth try. It isn't the world save because I've been able to reproduce it in other worlds as well, it isn't me not clicking right click. It isn't my computer. When I would try to open a chest, the chest will open but there is no UI. When I right click a villager nothing happens. When I right click buttons they stay pressed down and nothing else happens. So yes, I am pressing right click and nothing else.
Unfortunately I don't have the means to record any video at this time because I am working from a new computer and haven't gotten all my software installed again.
I did search. Extensively. It is not a duplicate as the issue you linked is for previous versions. This is the most current snapshot.
Still a problem. The /kill@e solution does work, though it is not a viable solution for people who want to keep the villagers they've worked really hard to collect, or their pets. All those villagers you threw into your iron farm? Well they are going to disappear also. All the maps you had of your world nicely arranged on a wall - gone. So by all means, to people who just play basic Minecraft, yeah that is a solution. Not for people who have farms that rely on the entities that go away with /kill@e.
Edit: By the way, my mob cap was not filled when I checked that solution, though it did sort of solve the problem. My only conclusion is that somehow villagers, pets, and maps seem to be included into the hostile mob cap now. Which is asinine.
I knew going into it that the /kill@e command would do all the things I just said they would which is why I did use a backup of the world.
I guess this is the topic I should comment in. When I die, the items I drop disappear. I can still pick them up if I walk over them, I just can't see them. They seem to reappear when logging out and back in. 19w03c.
Is anyone working on this? Still a problem as of 19w4b.
I would love to hear how this is related to
MC-92916.Still happening in a brand new world on 19w04b. Checked it with an Ocean Monument. Had 1 guardian spawn in 10 minutes. The elder guardians were there of course.
I didn't edit my comment with a new version. I edited it with the correct version. I originally typed the wrong snapshot in my first comment.
This bug is still entirely present. I have a few dark rooms and every time I log in to the game I have to go in and fix the light problem.
Same problem as well. They seem intent on stopping players from creating these contraptions.
Happened to me. Strange thing is this. I have a trading hall about 400 blocks away from my new one and the villagers there restock like they are supposed to.
Pretty sure this is working as intended as it's been in the game since they introduced elytra. It's a feature, not a bug.
This is how it's supposed to be.
Definitely not intended initially. Microsoft couldn't have that though. Mojang needs to fix this issue.
This isn't a feature no matter how much they want to tout it as one. It's a way to keep people from making afk farms. Now Microsoft thinks they can tell us how to play the game, just like they think they can have control over our computers completely.
I had this issue for a bit but only with the top right slot of the inventory. You could still access it, but you had to click in like the bottom right corner of the slot. Only happened when accessing my personal inventory. When in chests or a crafting bench, for instance, it worked normally. Then suddenly, one day, it just stopped. Could be your monitor settings. I say this because I was having issues with Windows not registering the highest resolution my monitor could achieve, had to force it to take acknowledge the 1680 X 1050 setting. Doing that made my desktop rearrange itself every time I rebooted or quit out of a full screen application like a game or a video. Then I let Windows update and after that it was fine. Try updating your graphics drivers and Windows.
Haha I came to say the same thing. Also, you can no longer walk up a bottom slab from a path block. You have to jump.
It's really not that hard to understand. Mobs will spawn in fully lit rooms. With torches that are spaced only 5 blocks apart at times. They spawn on bottom slabs as well. I also have a room that is entirely floored with bottom slabs, just that. 20 X 20 room that is about 30 blocks high, no light, bottom slabs and mobs will spawn. I lit up the room, mobs will spawn.
Upvoting this issue as well. There is no reason this should be this way. Sometimes you have to tab out if you're building something you need to reference a picture, and disconnecting everyone that is online with you to do this isn't acceptable.
This has been a thing for a while now. It suddenly stopped working one day. Can we please focus on this instead of useless mobs maybe?
I can confirm that this isn't fixed.
This constantly happens on my PS4 version. On Windows I have my personal skin I brought over from Java, so no problem there. This needs serious fixing. Can't access the content I've unlocked either.
It has been days and nothing. We are paying you for this service and you won't even answer us.
Everyone has been experiencing this for four or five days, but no answer from Mojang about it.
Wait, isn't this "report" technically a terrorist attempt in itself?
Came here to see if this had been reported yet. Glad it has, the movement is sickening.
