Created Issue:
Scrollbar in the creative menu isn't working
In the first 1.13 snapshot, in creative mode menu, the scrollbar doesn't work. In long lists like "Building Blocks", clicking and dragging the scrollbar part to scroll down or up doesn't do anything anymore, so I have to use the wheel to scroll.

According to MC-121281, this is fixed. Is this an issue in 17w45a?
I can only confirm this for the creative inventory scroll bar. The scroll bar in the server list works just fine for me.
Same as Bemoty. The creative inventory scroll bar doesn't work for me, but the one in the server list does.
Scroll bar also doesn't work in the statistics menu in tabs other than "General." Guess we'll have to see if that was fixed as well.
