Spawn egg are meant to be sorted alphabetically, thus:
- Spawn Cod must be placed after Spawn Chicken and before Spawn Cow
- Spawn Puffer Fish must be placed after Spawn Polar Bear and after Spawn Rabbit
- Spawn Salmon must be placed after Spawn Rabbit and before Spawn Sheep
- Spawn Tropical Fish must be placed after Spawn Stray and before Spawn Turtle
(Correct me if I am wrong)

Furthermore, simular issues were considered valid such as MC-126167 before. This is related to an established sorting rule, and this is obvious that Mojang intends these to be in alphabetical order. Which they aren't.
Phantom spawn egg is still in incorrect position in create inventory. It must be placed after parrot spawn egg and pig spawn egg.
