placing magma cube over soul sand underwater and destroying magma block retains magma block downward pulling bubble column effect, and placing soul sand over magma block underwater and destroying soul sand retains soul sand downward pulling bubble column effect

I also tried to reproduce this bug replacing the block manually, but it works. This only happens if you replace the block with the command
Probably because the block does not "regenerate" and the game still detects a magma block.
The specific case of /setblock not updating properly is related to MC-31100.
