Jittering movement when one player spectates another player
When one player spectates another player and he moves his head the moment comes across as very jittery to the spectating player.

Fixed in 18w21a because of the fix of
MC-105139Ray, can you confirm that this is fixed in 18w21b?
I can confirm that this is fixed, I spectated a player and the rotation was smooth.
Can someone please resolve this issue as fixed.
