It's possible to place buckets of water, lava or fish in adventure mode
The bug
Due to the fix of MC-123366 the following problems have occurred with buckets in adventure mode. You can:
- Place buckets of water
- Place buckets of lava
- Pick up water and lava with an empty bucket
- Place buckets of water with fish in them
- Pick up fish with a bucket of water
In 1.12, the item needed CanPlaceOn to be able to be used.

Steps to Reproduce:
- Attempt to collect a fish/axolotl using a water bucket whilst in adventure mode.
