The Bug
When a shipwreck generates at the same place as an ocean monument, half of the shipwreck is deleted by the ocean monument.

Seed: -1899573754757393022 Coordinates: /execute in minecraft:overworld run tp @s 2144.50 60.22 -1455.50 -3.30 15.60
Observed Result
The Shipwreck was generated in the ocean monument and cut off
Expected Result
Shipwrecks & Ocean Monument generation wouldn't clash with each other

Ocean ruins are already covered in
MC-130047but I can't find one for shipwrecks. I recommend changing your report to reflect only shipwrecks. Also the seed provided no longer works in 1.16.3 If you have a new seed can you please provide it.Can confirm in 1.19.3
