Resource pack screen no longer updates when adding or removing resource packs
I removed the shader patch in my attachment, and it still acted like it existed. Also works if you add another resource pack into the folder.
How to reproduce:
1. Remove a resource pack from the folder
2. The game still acts like the pack is still in the folder. 
3. When trying to load the resource pack by clicking done, it would load it but the pack wouldn't appear.
4. Clicking done again would also cause the game to try and load again.
5. Add another resource pack into the folder.
6. The pack doesn't show up even if you hit done and come back.
Edit: Manually dropping a resource pack into the resource pack screen still works properly. Pressing F3+T would cause the resource pack screen to update.

The bug
If a pack is selected from the Available list or deselected from the Selected list in the pack menu and then the game is switched from windowed mode to full screen or vice versa, the game reverts the changes that have been made. This is not the case in 1.16.1 and older versions.
The bug is caused by the fix of MC-188473.
How to reproduce
Before reproducing the bug using either method, open the "Data Packs" or "Resource Packs" menu.
Selecting a pack
- Drag and drop a pack into the menu if there is nothing yet, and then select it.
- Press F11 to switch to full screen or windowed mode.
→ The pack is deselected again.
Deselecting a pack
- Choose a pack to deselect.
- Press F11 to change the display mode.
→ The pack is selected again.
