Overworld Music can play in the Nether in Creative mode
The Bug
While in Creative Mode in the Nether, music specific to the overworld while in creative is able to play (Like Biome Fest) depite this not happening in the EndEnvironment

Can you please provide a small video with the debug screen enabled (hit the F3 key) demonstrating the issue.

Also, are you sure it's Overworld music, and not simply Creative mode music?

Isn’t creative mode music overworld music? I thought that was the case.
The music in this video that you attached is not creative music, it is survival music.
