Do you Cntrl set to a keybind?
Please provide more info. What are you trying to do, and what doesn't work? Does it work if you use a different keyboard?

Ctrl just doesn't work at all. E.g., Ctrl+A/V (in chat), Running (in game).
I don't have a different keyboard so I can't do that test for you.

All keybind are set to default.
By the way, in a Taiwanese group, on Facebook, a player said that his Ctrl is broken after upgrading to Windows 10 from Windows 7.
Does ctrl+q do anything. I'm referencing MC-121278

Does ctrl work outside of minecraft? In a text document or web browser for example.

Yes, it works on Chrome or any other apps.
FYI, there is one more case on a Taiwanese forum.

It's not about hunger but IME.
I notice that the new version of Microsoft Bopomofo (feature in v2004) can't lock the Chinese input. The solution for now is to get a English IME in Windows 10's settings, and switch to it by pressing Alt+Shift for using Ctrl properly in Minecraft.
Sum: It caused by Windows 10 v2004's new Bopomofo IME.
sad mojang still not try to fix this problem
