Water is broken when breaking waterlogged small dripleaf plants
When you place a small dripleaf plant in water, and then break it, the water is removed with it, as you can see in the video below. If you try this with another waterlogged block, let's say a slab, and break it, the water remains. It does not work for small dripleafs.
Edit: Sorry for the short video, it had to be 10MB or less.

As you bonemeal a small dripleaf plant, it can break any block above it. Including bedrock, end portal frames, end portal blocks, and any other block.
Steps to replicate:
1. Place a small dripleaf plant
2. place the block you want to break above it
3. Bonemeal the small dripleaf plant
4. If the plant is bonemealed and it is more than 2 blocks tall, it will break the block above it
(You may need to repeat this, as the small dripleaf plant can be bonemealed into 1 or 2 high big dripleaf plants, and those are not tall enough to break the block above)
I apologize if this bug is considered as a duplicate of MC-213780 I did not consider it as such.
Can confirm
Note: This only happens when you break the upper half of the small dripleaf
