Debug log getting spammed with Invalid biome data received, starting from 0: when using a custom biome settings in a buffet world
When using a custom biome, custom feature, or custom carver and using it in a buffet world the game starts spamming the debug log with Invalid biome data received, starting from 0: -1, -1, etc.
The game started getting laggy and would probably get unplayable.
Steps to reproduce
1. Download provided data pack or any data pack that uses custom biomes.
2. Add data pack to a world and create a world that is a single plains biome world or is a custom biome/ uses custom settings.
3. Watch the error log and notice that the biome is ocean instead of plains or whatever the custom biome is.

I have a survival world using the caves & cliffs preview data pack along with a lush caves single biome world type. This world spams "Invalid biome data received, starting from 0:" as MC-229824 describes. In that world, I had killed some spiders, zombies and skeletons, but didn't realize I didn't get the Monster Hunter advancement until I went to the nether (where MC-229824 doesn't happen). In the nether, I killed a skeleton and got the advancement. I was very confused so I tried to reproduce the bug in a normal world, but the advancement worked fine in that world. So I checked the logs and found out it was because of MC-229824.
How to reproduce:
- Follow the reproduction steps of MC-229824.
- In that world, spawn a monster with a spawn egg or with /summon.
- Kill it.

In general, this works if a data pack changes vanilla biomes and the world type is buffet.
