Retrieving a plant from a flower pot ignores inventory contents
The bug
When right-clicking a flower pot to retrieve the plant, the item will always go into the selected ("mainhand") slot, even if there is an existing stack of that item.
Steps to reproduce
- Place a flower pot
- Put a flower into that flower pot
- (Optional) Switch into survival mode
- Make sure you have one of the flower in your hotbar, and an empty hand
- Right-click the flower pot
Observed behaviour
The flower has goes into the player's hand
Expected behaviour
The flower would join the already-existing stack

Discovered while testing MC-231743
Could be fixed by just making the flower drop at the pot's location instead, as is done for berries, as well as shearing beehives/pumpkins.
Can confirm in 1.19.1.
