Steps to Reproduce:
- Switch into creative mode and summon a mooshroom.
- Obtain a bowl and use it to milk the mooshroom.
- Take note as to whether or not you have some mushroom stew in your inventory.
- Milk the mooshroom again.
- Take note as to whether or not milking mooshrooms in creative mode grants mushroom stew even if it's already present in your inventory.
Observed Behavior:
You are granted mushroom stew even if it's already present in your inventory.
Expected Behavior:
You would not be granted mushroom stew if it's already present in your inventory.

Milking mooshroom in creative using a bowl always gives you that item even if you already have on in your inventory
The bug
When you milk a mooshroom in creative mode using a bowl you used to only get the item if you don’t have it in your inventory. Now you always get it even if you already have one in your inventory. This affects milking it to get mushroom stew and for suspicious stew. For suspicious stew it may be intended because
MC-188969was fixed, but for mushroom stew I am pretty sure that it is not. This bug doesn’t affect milking them using a bucket.How to reproduce:
- Be in creative mode
- Spawn a mooshroom
- Milk it using a bowl twice
You get a new mushroom stew even if you already have on in your inventory.

Confirmed/Reproduced in 20w27a.
Cows only give 1 Milk Bucket, while Mooshrooms fill your inventory. Inconsistent and I don't think this is intended.
