The Bug:
Camels don't play their walking animations when they are damaged.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Summon a camel with its "NoAI" tag set to "1b".
/summon minecraft:camel ~ ~ ~ {NoAI:1b}
- Attack the camel and watch its legs closely as you do this.
- Take note as to whether or not camels play their walking animations when they are damaged.
Observed Behavior:
Camels don't play their walking animations when they are damaged.
Expected Behavior:
Camels would play their walking animations when they are damaged.

Summary:
Compared to other mobs, camels do not play the walking animation when they take damage. This is also a parity issue MC-256479 - has been fixed in java.
Steps to reproduce:
- Place a magma blocks to prevent the camel from walking.
- Summon a camel on blocks.
- Watch the camel take damage.
Observed results:
When taking damage, the camel does not play the walking animation like other mobs.
Expected results:
When taking damage, the camel plays a walking animation like other mobs.
