MC-265924Boat With Chest doesn't distribute items evenly
Steps to Reproduce:
[1]: Set up like in the attached image
[2]: Turn on f3 + b hitboxes and make sure the Boat is in the centre, with the hitbox over all 9 hoppers
[3]: Place items in the Boat With Chest
[4]: Check all the hoppers
Observed Results:
The items only go in 1 hopper
Expected Results:
The items should be evenly distributed like it has in previous versions
Notes:
I was trying to make an automatic iron block farm, but when I used the Boat With Chest, it didn't distribute the items evenly in the hoppers like it has in previous versions

The items are distributed if you put a lot of items in the boat at once. In your setup you are slowly feeding the boat from the hopper. In this case only one hopper picks up all the items.
