Copper bulbs can be clocked too fast, causing flickering
Copper Bulbs can be toggled once per game tick. It is now possible to clock them to make a flashing display. This is a problem because the flashing may disorient those who suffer from photosensitive epilepsy.

This is caused by the removal of the one game tick delay that Copper Bulbs had in 23w45a. The one game tick delay was intended, and the change should be reverted.

This affects redstone lamps as well.
This does not affect redstone lamps. Please remove the redstone lamp attachments.
