Riptide enchantment does not work properly
Repro steps:
- Launch the title.
- Create and load a new Creative world.
- Obtain a trident from creative inventory.
- Enchant the trident via command: /enchant @s minecraft:riptide.
- Go underwater or set weather to rain with: /weather rain.
- Try to launch yourself with said enchanted trident.
- Observe the issue.
Observed Results:
Player gets launched downwards every time instead of direction of choice.
Expected Results:
Riptide enchantment works as intended.

Can confirm. The player just remains in place.
When using a riptide trident in the offhand, you can also throw it too, which will play the riptide sound at the trident's location.
I think "Observed results" should be "Player doesn't get launched."
