I was just walking around making my video here, and I got to this:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H-AS1TQacoQIn that video I show the bug. It's the best way to get a quick view on it.
The zombie pigman just got into my regular world instead of the nether where he belongs.

Nether portals in the overworld will occasionally spawn zombie pigmen. That is intentional.
