MC-521Anvils break when falling on slabs
anvil bug
Hi! I was playníng minecarft 1.4.2 and I found a bug, if you drop anvil to a halfslap it will break in second. It was wierd O_o
1, make a tower
2, put halfslaps around it
3, drop a anvil from the side of the tower
4, the anvil will break instantly
can you fix it

This will also happen if you drop an anvil on lily pads and possibly other items. I'm not sure if this functionality is intended or not.
This is not a bug ^^ Try it with sand or gravel => the same will happen
Break as in turn into an item, or break as in be destroyed? Both can occur to the anvil.
I suspect its as intended. You can't have anvil (or any falling block) rest halfway down from grid spot. So there is choice of breaking into item or leave it floating half meter off slab.
