All banners are white
When i dye a banner and place it down it is white. my friends can all see the color. i made a black banner and it was white too. Happens in both multiplayer and singleplayer. In the creative mode inventory banners are all white. Please Fix

With my custom texture, all banners have odd-coloured pixels everywhere and are all white... Please note this is NOT a dupe of MC-66017, as all banners look correct with no resource pack enabled, so my Java and graphics driver versions are ok. Attached the banner texture file and a screenshot.

All the files in the resource pack must be the same resolution, including banner_base.png which is not inside the banner folder. If not you'll get some or all of the banner looking white no matter what color it is dyed.
