The purple arrows are Spectral Arrows (which look weird due to MC-82809). I also cannot reproduce the door part.
In the future, please only report one issue per bug report, as it makes it much easier to track.

Are you using 15w31a? This was fixed in 15w31b, see MC-82809.

Why exactly Mojang developers did you have to make it more complicated than it needed to be? Seriously why can't you just use spectral_arrow.png instead of tracer_arrow.png as the file name?
spectral_arrow.png is the filename in the game but in the code the filename is tracer_arrow.png.
The arrows with potion effects show likely the original arrow icon.
What saddens me is how many duplicates this bug has and how many are named 'Spectral Arrow'.
This is a great example of what happens when one does not search before submitting an issue.
